Meet Amanda

I was born and raised in Southern California but settled in Sacramento, which is the hometown of my college sweetheart. In fact, we ended up purchasing our first home in the same neighborhood in which my husband and father-in-law both grew up! I love the balance of city life with a small-town feel, as well as the access Sacramento provides to major cities, mountains, and the ocean. When I am not helping my clients actualize their real estate dreams, I enjoy reading, traveling, and creating memories with my husband and two young children.

 

As a Realtor, I use my skills to analyze and interpret market data and negotiate on my client’s behalf to ensure they are equipped with a wealth of information to get the best deal possible. I educate my clients on the real estate industry and current market trends so that you feel empowered with every decision you make. I will also help you navigate the emotions that often come up in the process. I serve a variety of clients but am especially fond of working with first-time buyers and sellers as well as people looking to upgrade their homes.
